For the topping 4 tbsp Ouse Valley Marmalade of your choice For the sponge 175g softened butter 175gcaster sugar 175g self-raising flour 1 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Method Generously grease a 1.2-litre pudding basin and put your chosen Marmalade in the base.
